Indian Dance Fascination:
Invited to the Theatre Wismar by the The Wismarer Art- and Education Society (KUBUS KUBUS e.V. Wismar and the Indo-German Society) the dance performance of the Indian Rajyashree Ramesh and her disciples was an experience of the very special kind. I was very happy to watch the performance ‘Sarvam Sivam’ put up by you and Smt. Padmini Ravi. With your imaginative combination of the classical and contemporary, the light effects and interesting commentary, you were able to successfully relate to the foreign audience and illustrate the rather difficult concept of the continuity of the life cycle. There was not a moment of ‘deja vue’. The choreography was excellent.
