Gracious expression wins applause
Gracious expression and rhythmic precision marked the Bharatanatyam recital of Rajyashree Ramesh of Berlin. The cosmic significance of sun and his effect on life on earth found good presentation ... a pure dance number with intricate choreographical floor designs mirrored the grip over footwork. Ksheerasgarasayana stood for expressional elan. Her disciples Sonali Mukherji and Caroline exhibited remarkable talent both in footwork and expression. Her portrayal of Iphigenie by Goethe was presented with aplomb, drew ringing applause.
